During an energy healing session with me, you’ll be guided to lie down comfortably in your own space. We begin with a grounding exercise. Once the higher frequency healing energy is flowing, clients report a range of experiences, including—but not limited to—visuals, bodily warmth, and a deep, unconditional love. Some recall childhood memories, and some fall asleep. Falling asleep is completely fine. Sleep allows your conscious mind to rest, allowing deeper healing.

After your energy healing session, it’s common to feel a bit mentally “mushy” for a few hours, as old thought patterns are still releasing. Many people report feeling tired and may sleep afterwards, which is natural, as this work acts like an etheric reset. I recommend resting, having a nourishing meal, and doing a salt bath. The nourishing food helps restore the body’s energy and ground the client back into the physical. The salt bath helps dissolve residual negative energy that has fluffed off during the session. Within about 12 hours, most people feel more clarity, moments of inner peace, feel balanced and energized. The positive effects within self and in your external world often unfold over the coming days and weeks.

Energy healing sessions can be done either remotely or in person; however, I prefer to conduct them remotely. Energy is not bound by physical space, so the session works just as powerfully. Remote sessions are often easier to offer for me and more convenient for the client, since they can stay in the comfort of their own space, rest afterward, and avoid the hassle of commuting.

The number of energy sessions needed varies by person. If the client is going through a difficult time, more frequent sessions can help them move through the emotional heaviness. However, it’s important not to overdo it. For most people, a session every three months is a good baseline. If you work in a high-traffic environment or spend a lot of time around others, maintaining regular energy hygiene is key—just like we care for our physical hygiene. When you nurture your energy regularly, you show up more embodied in the world with your own clarity—less influenced by external noise or old patterns.
While one session is powerful, healing unfolds in layers, and each session is unique. You may experience deeper clarity over time, as your body and energy work in their own rhythm.
